Pink Cotton Candy Champagne Cocktail

So idk about you guys but I DEFINITELY pick my drinks based on how pretty they are lol! Call me girlie all you want idc lol, and the more pink the better!!! Clearly, this GORGEOUS cocktail meets ALL the requirements. This recipe is super simple and you can pretty much make to suit your personal taste. You’ll only need three ingredients which are as follows…

What You’ll Need…

• Some type of champagne. I prefer brut or extra dry since the cotton candy will add a hint of sweetness.
• St. Germain elderflower liqueur.
• Pink cotton candy (or whatever color you prefer)

Instructions

1. Place cotton candy inside your champagne flute. The more cotton candy you add the sweeter your drink will be, so fill accordingly.
2. Add a splash of St. Germain liqueur.
3. Fill flute with champagne.
4. ENJOY!!

A Few Helpful Tips

• Remember that you can make this drink as sweet or as dry as you would like by choosing a bottle of more dry or sweeter champagne, or by adding more or less cotton candy.
• If you plan on serving this as a cocktail for a get-together and want to display just how gorgeous this drink is, I suggest filling the glasses with cotton candy and setting them out for guest to see beforehand. Add the champagne once it’s time to serve since the cotton candy will instantly dissolve once it is wet.
• Also, remember that the amount of liqueur you add is totally up to you. I personally add just a splash of the liqueur and then fill my glass up the rest of the way with champagne.
• Lastly, you can also use the cotton candy as a garnish instead of placing it inside the glass. If you choose to make your cocktails this way just be sure to keep the drink low enough so the cotton candy does not get wet before serving.
