Happy Super Bowl Sunday Guys!!! Let’s forget the fact that I didn’t even know who was playing this year until last night *GASPS* lol. YES, I’m THAT girl… let’s be honest, I’m only here for the snacks!! So… in honor of Super Bowl Sunday I’m bringing you a last minute dip that you can add to your lineup! This dip is of course super easy and tasty… duh!! Just throw all your ingredients into a bowl, mix well, put in an oven safe dish, bake, and serve! That simple. Let’s get started…
What You’ll Need…
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbs of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of shredded
paremsan cheese for topping - 1 Tbs of green onion for topping
Instructions…
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo together in a bowl. Make sure that cream cheese is soft (at room temp) so that it can be evenly spread throughout the mixture.
- Add parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in crabmeat.
- Place mixture into an oven safe dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining portion of parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Dip should be bubbly and golden brown.
- Add green onion to the top of the dip.
- Serve with bread and/or tortilla chips and ENJOY!!
